Diets, diets, diets…

I’ve been working on diet web site. Keep adding new diets described in details. But almost 80% of diets worldwide require lots of exercising.

So I think that the biggest problem for people that want to lose weight is that they are lazy to do simple exercises. Most diets describe minimum workouts for better results, thought people still don’t care much of it. Even 15 min walking around your neighborhood would be a great workout! 15 min! And if you will do “windmill” with your hands for like 5 min — that’s great!

Another example, if there is a short distance to nearest gas station/store - walk there, do not use your car! This will save you some gasoline and improve your health! And yes, caring bag back home is a good idea too. Don’t worry about what your neighbors will think of you, they just jealous.

In two words, screw laziness!
