I’ve been working on diet web site. Keep adding new diets described in details. But almost 80% of diets worldwide require lots of exercising.
So I think that the biggest problem for people that want to lose weight is that they are lazy to do simple exercises. Most diets describe minimum workouts for better results, thought people still don’t care much of it. Even 15 min walking around...
